Gram launches TAGO Express to boost container yard operations

Gram Software Solutions launched TAGO Express, a centralized digital platform designed to improve container yard operations by connecting ports, yards, truck drivers, transport companies, and related parties on one shared data layer.
TAGO started from a familiar pain: pickup and drop-off queues that lack flexibility and connected data. Drivers often book only roughly, still wait at the gate, re-check status, and face different processes at every yard — burning time, fuel, and opportunity.
The platform is built as a shared app for yards and fleets, not a single-yard tool. Yards can set hourly capacity, schedules, payments, and direct communication, while users can see open slots, book a firm window, and spend less time waiting at the gate.
Usage splits into a mobile app for drivers and fleets, and a back office for yards. After a job is assigned, drivers pick an open time slot much like booking a movie ticket. The yard then prepares in advance, with QR check-in and online payment to complete the visit.
TAGO began pilot use in October 2023 and later opened fully, with positive feedback from operators such as Siam Depot reporting clearer gate flow and shorter queues, alongside a user base reported in the tens of thousands of accounts.
